Wrestling at the 2023 Pan American Games – Women's freestyle 62 kg
The women's freestyle 62 kg wrestling event at the 2023 Pan American Games took place on November 3 at the Olympic Training Center in Ñuñoa. Eight competitors from eight nations battled for medals. Gold went to Laís Nunes of Brazil, silver to María Santana of Cuba, and bronzes to Kayla Miracle of the United States and Katherine Rentería of Colombia.
Qualification came from the winner of the 2021 Junior Pan American Games and the top four finishers at the 2022 and 2023 Pan American Wrestling Championships. The host nation Chile was guaranteed a spot and had to compete in both the 2022 and 2023 championships; if Chile did not qualify through those events, it could take the fourth spot at the 2023 Championship. Six wildcards were available to nations without any qualified athletes that participated in the qualification tournaments. All times were local (UTC−3).
