Cordillera de Apaneca
Cordillera de Apaneca is a group of volcanoes in western El Salvador. It mainly consists of active volcanoes. Ilamatepec is one of the region’s most active volcanoes. Other volcanoes in the range include Santa Ana, Izalco, and Cerro Verde.
