Worst Cooks in America season 14
Worst Cooks in America Season 14 aired on Food Network from August 12 to September 24, 2018. The season featured 14 recruits who trained in basic cooking to win $25,000 and a Food Network cooking set. Mentors were Anne Burrell and Robert Irvine, with Irvine rejoining Burrell as host for this season. Bradley Garcia won, with Sarah Harris as the runner-up, and the season ran for 7 episodes.
In this boot camp–style show, contestants learn essential skills such as baking, knife work, temperature control, seasoning, and plating. Each episode has two main challenges: a Skills Drill that tests fundamentals, and a Main Dish Challenge where they apply those skills to create a more complex dish under specific guidelines. The weakest performer is eliminated each episode. In the finale, the final two make a restaurant-quality three-course meal for a panel of food critics who judge taste, presentation, and improvement.
