Whitechocolatespaceegg is the third studio album by American singer-songwriter Liz Phair. It was released on August 11, 1998, and was recorded between 1996 and 1998. The album marks a shift from Phair’s earlier work, focusing more on motherhood and family after she got married and had a son. It fits within indie rock and runs 51 minutes and 10 seconds. The album peaked at number 35 on the Billboard 200 and had sold about 293,000 copies by July 2010. Two singles were released: Polyester Bride and Johnny Feelgood.
