A wet bar is a small home bar that has a sink with running water. This makes it easy to wash glasses and clean up spills, and can speed up serving drinks compared to a dry bar (which has no sink). Wet bars are common in homes for entertaining and are usually placed near the kitchen or in a finished basement. They’re fairly simple to build, so many homeowners do it as a DIY project.
