Wayne Lock (born 13 April 1956 in Pontypridd, Wales) is a Welsh former professional darts player. He started playing darts in 1975 and competed professionally from 1980 to 1989 in the British Darts Organisation (BDO). His best major result was reaching the last 32 of the BDO World Darts Championship in 1981. He used 25-gram darts, threw right-handed, and his walk-on music was Future World by Helloween.

In the 1981 BDO World Championship, Lock beat Steve Brennan in the preliminary round, then lost in the first round to Rab Smith, earning £300. Later that year he lost in the first round of the British Professional Championship to Alan Glazier. He made a comeback in 1989 at the BDO British Open but lost to Eric Bristow, earning £20.
