Wang Chien-fa (王乾發), born 19 March 1949 in Penghu County, Taiwan, is a Taiwanese politician from the Kuomintang (KMT). He served as the Magistrate (county head) of Penghu County from 20 December 2005 to 25 December 2014. He won the 2005 election as the KMT candidate and took office on 20 December 2005. He was re-elected for a second term on 5 December 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from National Open University.
