The 2018–19 Pro Basketball League, also known as the EuroMillions Basketball League for sponsorship reasons, was Belgium’s top-tier basketball season. It was the 92nd season and ran from 5 October 2018 to 13 June 2019.

Ten teams competed and all returned from the previous season. Leuven Bears did not participate in European play. Kangoeroes Willebroek moved to Mechelen and became Kangoeroes Mechelen. BC Oostende was renamed Filou Oostende for sponsorship reasons.

The playoffs used a best-of-three format for both the quarterfinals and semifinals, and a best-of-five format for the finals. In each series, the higher-seeded team hosted games first, with these home patterns:
- Quarterfinals: games 1 and 3 (if needed) at the higher seed’s home.
- Semifinals: games 1, 2 and 5 (if needed) at the higher seed’s home.
- Finals: games 1, 3 and 5 (if needed) at the higher seed’s home.

Filou Oostende won its eighth consecutive league title by defeating the Antwerp Giants in the finals. Limburg United and Basic-Fit Brussels were semifinalists.
