Gaetana is the debut album by Italian singer Giusy Ferreri. It was released on November 14, 2008 in Italy and later across Europe. The music blends pop rock and soul and was produced by Giusy Ferreri together with Linda Perry, Tiziano Ferro, and Roberto Casalino.

Four singles came from the album: Non ti scordar mai di me, Novembre, Stai fermo lì, and La scala (The Ladder).

Gaetana sold about 500,000 copies in Italy (six times platinum) and around 600,000 worldwide. It received strong promotion, including MTV Italy ads and a full album stream before release. The album debuted at #2 on the Italian charts and reached #1 on iTunes Italy on the first day, staying at the top for seven weeks.

In 2009, Gaetana was released in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, and Greece. Tiziano Ferro contributed to several songs, including L’amore e basta and writing Stai fermo lì, Passione positiva, and Aria di vita. Linda Perry wrote La scala and Cuore assente. Ferreri herself wrote Pensieri, In assenza, Piove and Il party. The album has Italian and Spanish editions.
