Vincom Center Đồng Khởi is a mixed‑use complex in Ho Chi Minh City developed by Vingroup. It includes two 28‑story towers (Tower A and Tower B) connected by a 20‑level podium. The development houses a shopping mall, office space, and luxury apartments on the upper levels, with about 40,000 square meters of parking across the B4, B5 and B6 basements.

The project sits on Chi Lăng Park near Đồng Khởi Street in District 1. Construction began in late 2009 and the center opened on April 30, 2010. The towers reach about 115 meters in height, and the top levels are used for offices and residences. A swimming pool for Vinhomes Đồng Khởi residents is located on level 21 above the podium.

Vincom Center Đồng Khởi was originally known as Vincom Center B and has also been called Vincom Twin Tower. After changes in ownership and branding, it is currently known by its name Vincom Center Đồng Khởi. The development drew public criticism over land use, since Chi Lăng Park was partly transformed into a large commercial complex, impacting public space and traffic in the area.

The complex is accessible by the L1 Opera House metro station.
