Vertigo Tango
Vertigo Tango is the fifth studio album by the Canadian new wave band Spoons. It was released in 1988 by Anthem Records and produced by John Punter. The album runs 42 minutes and 28 seconds. It spawned three singles: When Time Turns Around (1988), Waterline (1989), and Sooner or Later (1989). The singles reached the mid-range of the Canadian charts, making the album a moderate commercial success. After finishing the tour for Vertigo Tango, the Spoons broke up, though they occasionally reunited in the years that followed. In the band’s discography, it sits after Bridges Over Borders (1986) and before Unexpected Guest at a Cancelled Party (2007).
