Luojiang Town, also known as Norbukyungzê in Tibetan, is the county seat of Bainang County in the Shigatse area of the Tibet Autonomous Region, China. It lies at about 29.106°N, 89.265°E. In 2010, the population was 7,243, mainly Tibetan, and the local language is Tibetan. The town follows China Standard Time (UTC+8). As of 2019, Luojiang administered 15 villages.
