Verishen (Armenian: Վերիշեն) is a village in southern Armenia. It is part of the Goris Municipality in Syunik Province. The village covers about 24.9 square kilometers. Its population was 2,264 in 2011 (previous counts: 2,532 in 2010 and 2,314 in 2001), giving a density of around 91 people per square kilometer. The area uses Armenia Time (UTC+4).
