Velyki Perelisky (Ukrainian: Великі Переліски) is a village in western Ukraine. It is in Zolochiv Raion, Lviv Oblast, and is part of Zabolottsi rural hromada. From 1918 to 1939 the village was in Tarnopol Voivodeship, Poland. On July 18, 2020, Ukraine reformed its districts; Brody Raion was abolished and merged into Zolochiv Raion, so Velyki Perelisky is now in Zolochiv Raion.
