John Flower (c.1624–c.1658) was a nonconformist theologian from Cubley, Derbyshire, and the son of William Flower. He joined New Inn Hall at Oxford in 1640, which later became St Peter's College. He earned a BA on 2 April 1647 and an MA on 14 April 1648, awarded by the parliamentary visitors. According to Anthony Wood, he soon preached at Ilmington in Warwickshire and later at Staunton in Nottinghamshire, where he is recorded in 1658. He died around 1658.
