Valasamgari Bhavani is an Indian para-athlete from Andhra Pradesh who competes for India in sprint and field events for the T-46 class. She runs the 100m and 200m, and also competes in long jump and shot put.

Bhavani was born in Muttukur village in SPSR Nellore district to a poor family. In 2009, while helping her father, a live electric cable caused a serious injury that led to the amputation of her right arm; her father, Chandraiah, died in the accident. With support from her mother Bujjamma and coach Zaseem, she began training in athletics. Early on, finishing the 100m took more than twenty seconds, but she trained at the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh and later at Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur and AC Subbareddy Stadium in Nellore.

She won her first national medal in 2021 at Bengaluru and also earned a ranking medal at the 4th Indian Open National Para-Athletics Championships. At the 2023 World AbilitySport Games in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, she won bronze in the 100m and shot put.

Her greatest international success came in 2025 at the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Olomouc, Czech Republic, where she won gold in both the 100m and 200m. She has also competed in the Khelo India Para Games in Delhi in 2023 and 2025, taking part in events such as the 100m, 200m and long jump.
