Leavells, Virginia
Leavells is an unincorporated community in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. It started as a small farming crossroads at Leavells Road (VA 639) and Courthouse Road (VA State Route 208). The area has grown quickly due to its proximity to Interstate 95. Today, it includes many middle-class housing developments such as Cambridge, Breckenridge, Leavells Crossing, and Oak Grove. The community has Battlefield Middle School, a Giant grocery store, and a CVS Pharmacy. Recent road improvements added lanes, sidewalks, and trees along the streets.
