Vadim Zhuk (Belarusian: Вадзім Жук; Russian: Вадим Жук), born May 20, 1952, in Mir, Belarusian SSR, Soviet Union, is a former football referee from Belarus.

Zhuk refereed in the Soviet Top League from 1982 to 1991 and the Belarusian Premier League from 1992 to 2002. He was a FIFA-listed international referee from 1987 to 1998.

His notable assignments include the final of the 1991 FIFA Women's World Cup and the 1996 UEFA Cup Final between Bordeaux and Bayern Munich. He also officiated at UEFA Euro 1996. In 1995, Zhuk was ranked eighth on the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) list of the World's Best Referee.
