Juan O'Donnell y Vargas (15 July 1864 – 12 October 1928) was a Spanish noble and politician who held several titles: 3rd Duke of Tetuan, Grandee of Spain, and 3rd Count of Lucena. He was a cavalry colonel and headed the School of Military Riding. Born in Madrid, he was the son of Carlos O'Donnell y Abréu and married Doña Maria Diaz de Mendoza y Aguado in 1896.

O'Donnell served as Minister of War from 4 July 1924 until his death in 1928 during the dictatorship of Miguel Primo de Rivera.

Notable moments: In 1895, as a lieutenant on the staff of General Martinez Campos, he joined Winston Churchill and Reginald Barnes on a Cuban visit; Churchill praised his excellent spoken English. In January 1922, he presided over the World Congress of the Irish Race in Paris, a gathering of the Irish diaspora to discuss supporting an independent Ireland's postwar recovery.

Juan O'Donnell died on 12 October 1928.
