Uss Paar is the debut studio album by Pakistani progressive rock band Qayaas. Released on 23 April 2011 by BIY Records, the album runs about 1 hour and 3 minutes and 47 seconds. It blends progressive rock, metal and alternative rock. Recording took place in 2009–2010 at Root Gate Studio and S&M Studio in Islamabad, and it was produced by Khurram Waqar and Sarmad Abdul Ghafoor. Most music was composed by Khurram Waqar, with lyrics by Umair Jaswal.

Qayaas formed in June 2008 and built a fan base with early songs like Pal and Tanha. They released digital singles Umeed and Tanha, whose videos and radio play helped them gain attention. The band released Pukaar in October 2010 and Umeed in early 2011. In December 2010, Qayaas became the first Pakistani band to win Best Rock Band at the Rolling Stones-Jack Daniels awards in New Delhi, and they performed internationally there on 16 December. Three songs—Inquilaab, Khayaal and Pal—were later used in the soundtrack for the film Waar.

Uss Paar received critical acclaim, with Instep giving it 3.5/5. Singles from the album include Tanha (2009), Pukaar (2010), Umeed (2011) and Shehrezade (2011).
