Jāņavārti Station is a railway stop in Riga, Latvia, at Salaspils iela 18. It sits on the Riga–Daugavpils Railway, and the Riga–Ērgļi line branched off here. The station opened in 1935 for the Riga–Ērgļi line, and passenger trains on the Riga–Daugavpils route began serving it in 1957.

The station has many service buildings. A nearby pedestrian bridge has been closed since 2003 because of poor condition. The platform for the Riga–Ērgļi line still exists, but passenger trains on that line have not run since 2007. Today, all trains that are not Express stop at Jāņavārti.

Technical details: the station has 3 platforms (one not used) and 18 tracks, and it is electrified. It is operated by Latvian Railways. On the Riga–Daugavpils line, trains stop here in both directions (toward Riga and toward Daugavpils).
