Urkulu is a mountain in the Basque Country that straddles the France–Spain border in the western Pyrenees. It rises to 1,419 meters (4,656 feet). The summit lies near Roncevaux and along the historic French Way of St James, where the route crosses the Pyrenees at the Roncevaux Pass. It’s easy to reach from Orbaizeta in Navarre or Béhérobie in Lower Navarre, via the Organbidexka pass, and the area sits on the GR 11 trekking trail that runs along the southern Pyrenees.

The main feature is the ruins of a Roman tower on the summit, which was used as a watchtower in medieval times. The top offers good views over both the northern and southern slopes.
