Uqqummiut

Uqqummiut is a territorial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Nunavut, Canada. It includes the communities of Clyde River and Qikiqtarjuaq. Inuktitut name: ᐅᕐᒃᑯᒻᒥᐅᑦ; Inuinnaqtun name: Uqqurmiut.

Created in 1999, it was first contested that year and was last contested in 2025. The current Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) is Gordon Kautuk.

Recent history:
- Samuel Nuqingaq served as MLA until he was expelled from the legislature on October 24, 2014. A by-election was held on February 9, 2015, and Pauloosie Keyootak of Qikiqtarjuaq was elected.
- In that by-election, the initial results were tied at 187 votes between Samuel Nuqingaq and Niore Iqalukjuak. After a recount on November 5, Nuqingaq was declared the winner with 187 votes to Iqalukjuak's 185.
