The Dominican Summer League Red Sox, commonly called the DSL Red Sox, are the Boston Red Sox’s rookie-level minor league team in the Dominican Summer League. They compete in the Dominican Republic at the El Toro Complex.

Teams
- The Red Sox usually field two DSL teams: DSL Red Sox Red and DSL Red Sox Blue. This two‑team setup has been common since 2015, though there was an exception in 2017. In 2022, both teams competed in the same division. The 2020 season was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the club again fielded two teams.

History
- The Red Sox have had at least one DSL team every season since 1996, starting as a cooperative with the Houston Astros. Since 1997 they have fielded their own DSL team. Two teams have been used in many years, with the Red Sox 1 and Red Sox 2 (also called Red and Blue) designations.

Achievements
- The DSL Red Sox have won two league titles (2016 and 2024). They reached the league championship series in 2014, and DSL Red Sox 1 won the league title in 2016. Notable alumni who played in the DSL include Hanley Ramirez (2001), Xander Bogaerts (2010), and Rafael Devers (2014).

Ballpark
- El Toro Complex, Carr. Mella KM 23.5, El Toro, Dominican Republic.

Staff and structure
- In 2021, the Red Sox fielded two teams with two different managers: one led by Ozzie Chavez and the other by Sandy Madera. The field coordinator for that period was José Zapata.
