Uphagen's House is an 18th-century merchant house in Gdańsk, Poland. It is located on Ulica Długa (Long Lane) along the Royal Route in the historic Old Town. Today it is a museum run by Muzeum Gdańska.

Johann Uphagen, a merchant, historian, art collector and city councilor, bought the house in 1775 and remodeled it to fit a wealthy merchant's life.

When Uphagen died in 1802, the house stayed in his family for generations.

In 1911 the building became a museum and stayed that way until 1944. In that year, German curators evacuated the furniture to Kartuzy and Gorzędziej. Some interiors were destroyed at the end of World War II, but some original parts were returned in the early 1950s.

The Uphagen House was destroyed during the Soviet advance into Gdańsk in 1945. It was rebuilt after the war and reopened to visitors in 1998.
