Bigger than the Devil is the second studio album by Stormtroopers of Death (S.O.D.). It was released on May 18, 1999, by Nuclear Blast and runs 39 minutes and 33 seconds. The album mixes crossover thrash and groove metal, and was produced by Tim Gilles.

The cover nods to Iron Maiden’s The Number of the Beast, and the title plays on John Lennon’s famous line about The Beatles being bigger than Jesus.

Some versions include extra material from the Seasoning the Obese EP, specifically the tracks “Seasoning the Obese” and “Raise Your Sword,” plus the “Ballad of the Scorpions” (a Scorpions tribute cover). With these additions, the total number of tracks can reach 28.

The album is known for playful, referential titles and lines, such as:
- “Seasoning the Obese” (a nod to Slayer’s Seasons in the Abyss)
- “Celtic Frosted Flakes” (referencing Celtic Frost)
- “L.A.T.K.C.H” (standing for “Limp Against the Korn Chamber Head,” referencing several nu metal and alternative metal bands)
- “Ballad of Michael H.” (referencing Michael Hutchence and borrowing from INXS’s “Need You Tonight”)

All tracks are credited to Stormtroopers of Death.
