First Men's Regional League (Prva muška regionalna liga) is Serbia’s third-tier men’s basketball league. It was founded in 2006 and is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS) together with regional associations. The league is divided into four divisions—North, Center, East and West—where clubs compete for promotion to the Second Basketball League of Serbia. The top team in each division earns promotion, while the teams finishing 13th and 14th are relegated to the Second Regional League. In the 2024–25 season, the North and West divisions have 16 teams each, while the Center and East divisions have 14 teams. The Cup of Serbia is the domestic cup for teams in this league. The official website is kss.rs.
