Ulvøysund is a small village and former outport in the municipality of Lillesand in Agder county, Norway. It lies on the east side of the Kvåsefjorden on the island of Ulvøya. Just northeast of Ulvøysund is the entrance to the Blindleia inland waterway, which leads to the town of Lillesand. The village is connected to the mainland by road, and the nearby village of Ribe is about 2 kilometers straight north.

Historically, Ulvøysund served as an outport for large ships that could not navigate the inland archipelago to the towns on the mainland along the Skagerrak coast. The oldest sign of activity is an old shipwreck near Kvåsefjorden, investigated in 2011 by the Norwegian Maritime Museum; a piece of reindeer antler from the find was carbon-dated to the years 1020–1030.

In the Middle Ages Ulvøysund had a permanent population. In the 14th century, a bishop from Bergen wrote that he was stuck there because of bad weather. A compass rose carved in the rock on Ulvøya may date from the 15th century. The outport is listed on Dutch maps from the 16th century as Wolfsondt. The oldest standing house in Ulvøysund is now used as a guest house, with parts likely dating from the 17th century.
