Wan Thamrin Hasyim (born 27 December 1944 in Bagansiapiapi) is an Indonesian politician from Golkar who held several offices in Riau. He was the first regent of Rokan Hilir, serving from 7 June 2001 to 7 June 2006. Earlier in his career, he worked as a civil servant from 1974 and held roles such as head of the revenue office in the Riau Islands (1983–1997), head of the economic bureau for the governor, and head of the mining bureau (1998–2000). After his regent term, he led the Raja Ali Haji Foundation, which runs Lancang Kuning University in Riau.

In 2017, Hasyim was elected vice governor of Riau by the provincial legislature, taking office on 12 May 2017 to replace Annas Maamun after his corruption conviction and with Arsyadjuliandi Rachman elevated to governor. On 24 September 2018, Governor Rachman resigned and Hasyim became acting governor. He was sworn in as full governor on 10 December 2018 and served until 19 February 2019.
