Turgenevo, Republic of Mordovia
Turgenevo is an urban locality (a work settlement) in Ardatovsky District, the Republic of Mordovia, Russia. It has been a work settlement since 1960 and, together with the nearby Svetotekhnika settlement, forms the Turgenevo Work Settlement administrative division of the district. In municipal terms, it is part of Ardatovsky Municipal District as the Turgenevskoye Urban Settlement. The population was 5,260 in 2010 and about 4,453 in 2021. The time zone is Moscow Time (UTC+3).
