Tsvetomir Chipev (Bulgarian: Цветомир Чипев) is a retired Bulgarian footballer who played as a midfielder. Born on 16 August 1977 in Sofia, he is 1.81 meters tall. He started his career with Levski Sofia, where he won the Bulgarian Cup in 1998. After leaving Levski in December 1998, he had a short spell with Pirin Blagoevgrad before moving to Germany to play for Rot-Weiß Oberhausen (1999–2001). He then played for Chemnitzer FC (2001–2003) and Erzgebirge Aue (2003–2005). He later joined OFI Crete (2006–2007) in Greece, Nea Salamina (Cyprus) (2007–2008), Zhejiang Lucheng in China (2008), Kallithea in Greece (2008–2009), and Makedonikos (Greece) (2009–2011).
