Tsukinowa-dera, also known as Gatsurin-ji (月輪寺), is a Buddhist temple in Ukyō-ku, Kyoto, Japan, near Mount Atago. It was founded in 781 and is connected with Shugendō practices of Kūya and Hōnen. The temple houses eight Heian-period statues, including Amida Nyorai and Kūya chanting the nembutsu, which are designated Important Cultural Properties.
