Liko AB is a Swedish company based in Luleå. It designs and makes patient lifts (both mobile and overhead), as well as slings and other lifting accessories. Founded in 1979, Liko is owned by Hill-Rom, a US-based company in Batesville, Indiana. Most of Liko’s products are sold outside Sweden, with major markets in North America, Western Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Liko accounts for about 15–20% of the global market for patient lifts, making it one of the leading suppliers in its field.
