Trulioo is a Canadian company that helps businesses verify the identities and addresses of people and companies worldwide. Based in Vancouver, it was founded in 2011 by Stephen Ufford and Tanis Jorge. The company offers the Global Identity Verification Platform along with services like Business Verification, Person Match, Identity Document Verification, Watchlist Screening, and Fraud Intelligence to support Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

Trulioo began by helping Facebook in 2012 and later expanded to Google and LinkedIn. It has grown globally, opening an office in Dublin in 2018 and serving customers around the world. The company has raised several funding rounds: $6 million in 2014, $15 million in 2015, $70 million in 2019, and $394 million in 2021, which valued the company at about $1.75 billion (a unicorn). In 2022, Trulioo acquired HelloFlow and expanded to Singapore and San Diego. In 2023, it rebranded and launched a new global identity verification platform for both person and business verification. In 2025, Vicky Bindra became chief executive officer.

Trulioo serves many large customers, including J.P. Morgan Payments, Mastercard, EQ Bank, Nium, Capital.com, Airwallex, PingPong Payments, and Trust Payments.
