Trimulgherry Jail, also known as the Military Reformatory at Tirumalgiri (MRT), is a historic former Indian military prison in Secunderabad Cantonment, Hyderabad, Telangana. Built by the British and opened in 1858, it is said to have inspired the Cellular Jail in the Andamans. The Gothic building has four wings arranged like a cross and cost about Rs 4.71 lakh to construct. It housed 40 cells on the ground floor and 35 on the first floor, covering roughly 2,260 square yards.

The gallows stood on the third floor, and about 500 people were executed inside the prison. It served as a prison until 1995 and today is controlled by the 125 Infantry Battalion of the Territorial Army, with access greatly restricted. The last inmates were army deserters after Operation Blue Star. In 1997, it received the Charminar INTACH Heritage Award for its historic value.
