Toyota Boshoku Corporation is a public Japanese company that makes automotive components and is a member of the Toyota Group. It serves customers worldwide and has a North American presence through Toyota Boshoku America in Erlanger, Kentucky. The company is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under the ticker TYO: 3116. In 2024, revenue was 1,953,625,000,000 yen and about 46,972 people were employed. The headquarters are in Kariya, Japan. Key people are Shuhei Toyoda (Chairman) and Yoshimasa Ishii (President).

Founded in 1918 by Sakichi Toyoda as a textile company named Toyoda Boshoku, it merged with affiliates in 1942 to form the Chuo Spinning Company, which then merged with Toyota Motor Corporation in 1943. In 1950, Minsei Spinning Co., Ltd became independent from Toyota. The name changed back to Toyoda Boshoku Corporation in 1967, and the company began automotive components work in 1972. In October 2004, Toyoda Boshoku merged with ARACO Corporation and Takanichi Co., Ltd to become Toyota Boshoku as it is today.
