Lahai is a former village development committee in Jajarkot District, Nepal. It used to be part of Bheri Zone and is now in Karnali Province. In the 1991 census, Lahai had 4,442 people living in 800 households. The coordinates are about 28.84°N, 82.27°E, and the time zone is Nepal Time (UTC+5:45).
