Diokno Highway (Ramón Diokno Highway), also known as Payapa Road, is a 20.064-kilometer, two-lane road in Batangas, Philippines. It connects Calaca near Nasugbu with Lemery and links southern Cavite and Batangas. The highway is named after Ramón Diokno, a Batangas native who served as a representative, senator, and Supreme Court justice.

Route and features
- Starts at Dayap Junction on the Cavite–Batangas border near Mount Batulao.
- Runs along the western edge of the Taal Volcano Natural Park, passing through Payapa Ilaya and Payapa Ibaba in Lemery.
- Ends at Palico–Balayan–Batangas Road in Lemery.
- North end junction: N410/N407 (Tagaytay–Nasugbu Highway) at the Calaca–Alfonso boundary.
- South end junction: N436 (Palico–Balayan–Batangas Road) in Lemery.

History and notable events
- The road’s origin traces to 1945 when the US Army Corps of Engineers built a shorter route between Mount Batulao and Lemery; a 1948 source called it the Shorty Ridge Road.
- In 2015, Typhoon Melor caused a landslide, but the road remained open by December 17.
- In August 2016, a 100-meter section in Calaca closed due to a landslide; the Diokno Bridge was rebuilt and reopened on November 13, 2018.
- The January 2020 eruption of Taal Volcano reduced visibility and caused about ₱41.62 million in damage.
