Tommy Sylte (born 27 October 1971) is a retired Norwegian football forward from Volda. He started his career with Volda TI, debuting in 1988 and scoring in his first match. In 1991 he moved to Hødd and made his top‑tier debut in 1995. He then played for Moss FK from 1996 to 1999, serving as captain and making 89 league appearances with 26 goals. He finished his career with Hødd, from 2000 to 2005.
