Viastore Systems
Viastore Systems GmbH, styled viastore SYSTEMS Gmbh, is an international provider of materials handling systems, intralogistics software (warehouse management software), and related support services. Based in Stuttgart, Germany, it focuses on planning, implementing, and continuously optimizing warehouses. The company sells turnkey automated intralogistics systems, warehouse management systems, material-flow and process controls, shuttle systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems. In July 2015, Viastore Software GmbH was founded to handle all software activities for the warehouse management system Viadat and SAP logistics solutions. Together, Viastore Systems and Viastore Software form the Viastore umbrella brand. The family-owned company started as a scales and cranes maker and has transformed over more than 130 years from metal-cutting manufacturing to a digital-tech business, evolving from a locksmith’s shop and machinery maker to a system integrator and software house. Today Viastore provides systems and software for warehouse management and integrated automated material flows in logistics and industrial production. Revenue was about 130 million euros in 2015.
