Tom Kempers (born 1 June 1969 in Bussum, Netherlands) is a former Dutch tennis player. He played right-handed and was 1.85 m tall (6 ft 1 in). He earned about $494,330 in prize money.

In singles, Kempers had a 2–7 win-loss record, with a career-high ranking of No. 253 on 28 February 1994. He reached the Wimbledon singles main draw in 1996 but exited in the first round.

In doubles, he was more successful, posting a 113–134 record and winning four titles. His highest doubles ranking was No. 42, achieved on 10 August 1998. At the Grand Slams in doubles, his best results were reaching the 3rd round at the Australian Open (1997), the French Open (1997), and Wimbledon (1992, 1996), and the 2nd round at the US Open (1995–1997).

After retiring from professional tennis, Kempers works as a sponsor relationship manager for the foundation Spieren voor Spieren, which supports neuromuscular disease research.
