Tillman Road Wildlife Management Area is a 235-acre conservation area in the Town of Clarence, Erie County, western New York. It is managed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The site includes an 80-acre cattail swamp and sits in the southeast part of Clarence, south of Route 5 (Main Street) and north of the New York State Thruway. Tillman Road runs through the middle of the area, with a parking area along Tillman Road and a second parking area on Bergtold Road at the north end.

The area has several trails, including two loops of different lengths. A short section of boardwalk and a viewing platform are near Bergtold Road. Some trails use narrow boardwalks because parts of the land are marshy.

Permitted activities include hiking, nature observation, photography, fishing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Address: 9988 Wehrle Drive, Clarence, NY 14031. Nearest city: Buffalo.
