Wilfred Bernard Gillow (8 July 1892 – 11 March 1944) was an English football player and manager. He was born in Preston, Lancashire, and died in Middlesbrough after a serious operation. He was 5 ft 10 in tall.

As a player, Gillow spent time with Blackpool from 1912 to 1914, making 25 appearances and scoring 3 goals. He also played for Preston North End, Fleetwood, and Grimsby Town.

He began his coaching career as player-manager at Grimsby Town, serving from 1924 to 1932. He then managed Middlesbrough from March 1934 until his death in March 1944.

In addition to football, Gillow played cricket at county level for Cleethorpes and represented Lincolnshire in 1926.
