Thomas W. Meaux is a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. He was born on September 15, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He went to Marquette University High School and studied at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, California State University, Fullerton, and the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He was elected to the Assembly in a January 1982 special election and is a Democrat.

Meaux served in two districts during his time in office. He represented the 16th Assembly district from January 15, 1982, to January 3, 1983, succeeding William B. Broydrick and followed by Jeannette Bell. He then represented the 9th Assembly district from January 3, 1983, to November 30, 1983, succeeding Phillip James Tuczynski and followed by Tom Barrett.
