D.S. Al Coda is the third and final studio album by the jazz fusion group National Health. It was released in 1982 and recorded in October–November 1981. The music blends jazz fusion, progressive rock, and the Canterbury scene, and runs 46 minutes and 14 seconds. The album was released on Blueprint Records (also Floating World) and produced by National Health and Nick Bradford. D.S. Al Coda is a tribute to former member Alan Gowen, who died of leukemia in May 1981, and it features only Gowen’s compositions. Most of the tracks had not been recorded in the studio before, although "TNTFX" and "Arriving Twice" had appeared earlier with Gowen’s other band Gilgamesh. All tracks are written by Alan Gowen.
