Thomas Geierspichler (born 14 April 1976) is an Austrian Paralympic wheelchair racer who competes in the T52 class. He has represented Austria at multiple Paralympic Games and major championships.

- 2000 Sydney: Bronze in Marathon T52; also competed in 800m, 1500m, and 5000m
- 2004 Athens: Gold in 1500m; Silver in 800m, 5000m, and Marathon; Bronze in 400m
