The Wellness Doctrines
The Wellness Doctrines for Law Students and Young Lawyers is a self-help book by Jerome Doraisamy, a former lawyer and academic. Published in 2015, it offers practical advice to help law students and early-career lawyers look after their mental health, manage stress, and maintain a healthy work–life balance. A follow-up book, The Wellness Doctrines for High School Students, appeared in April 2018. The book has sparked wide discussion in legal communities in Australia and around the world, and its first edition reached the #2 spot on iTunes.
