The Ukraine Hoax: Impeachment, Biden Cash, and Mass Murder is a short documentary that argues there is corruption involving Joe Biden and Ukraine. Some outlets described the film as Russian propaganda. A declassified U.S. intelligence report noted that a January 2020 documentary aired on a U.S. network and was Russian propaganda, but it did not name the network or the film.

The film was created by Michael Caputo, a former Trump adviser and former spokesperson for the Department of Health and Human Services, with co-producer Sergey Petrushin, a Russian living in Miami who has worked with Caputo for over 25 years.

It claims to expose Biden-Obama corruption in Ukraine and aired while Donald Trump faced a Senate impeachment trial over pressuring Ukraine to investigate the Bidens. The film was supported by Andrii Derkach, a Russian intelligence operative, and Andrii Telizhenko, an ally of Rudy Giuliani.

It premiered on One America News Network (OANN) on January 21, 2020, about two weeks before the Senate acquitted Trump.
