Thalassoanaperus is a genus of acoels, tiny flatworms, in the family Convolutidae. It is classified as: Kingdom Animalia; Phylum Xenacoelomorpha; Order Acoela; Family Convolutidae; Genus Thalassoanaperus, described by Hernandez in 2018. Species of this genus have been found in Europe.
