Texim Bank
Texim Bank, also known as Teximbank, is Bulgaria’s oldest private bank. It was founded in September 1992 by Georgi Naydenov, a well‑known Bulgarian businessman who led the Texim economic group back in the 1960s and 1970s.
The Texim group started as an export–import business and later expanded into activities such as transport, beverage production (including Coca‑Cola under license), mineral waters, and luxury goods. Teximbank received a full banking license, allowing it to operate in Bulgaria and abroad, and it focuses on serving small and medium-sized businesses.
The bank is headquartered in Sofia and also has offices in other locations, including Lyubimets. As of 2015, Teximbank reported total assets of €90.10 million and total equity of €17.43 million. Its website is teximbank.bg.
